Friday

Meet at the Holiday Inn, Plymouth at 19:00 for drinks and discussion in the bar.

Saturday

The main conference will be held in the Robbins Conference Centre at the University of Plymouth.  Doors open at 9:00 and we close at 18:00.  

This year lunch will be available in the conference centre at a reasonable cost. Please note that lunch is NOT included in the price of the conference ticket.

There will be a post-conference buffet supper at the Holiday Inn - speaker to be arranged - places are limited to 80 and booking when arriving at conference reception on the day is advised - cost £16.95 for hot buffet and sweet.

Sunday

There will a Sunday tour. 10am, Mayflower Steps, "the Barbican's Hidden History" by Martin Read - local historian

Tickets

It would help us if you order your tickets well in advance. There will be tickets available on the door on the day but this will mean the inevitable queueing up the stairs. Ticket prices:    

• Conference     £20.00 per person
• Students         £15.00 per person

NB. Advance booking advised as last year the auditorium was almost filled to capacity and we will have to turn people away at the door if we reach the room limit

Poster Stands

Poster stands are now welcome at the Conference. No charge is made for the loan. At previous conferences we have had posters and stands from archaeology societies, diving clubs and groups, Government organisations and book sellers. Please note that stands are in demand so please arrange early to avoid disappointment.

To book space for your stand please send an email to the organisers.  Please note that stands and display boards are not provided by the Conference.

Books etc.

At previous conferences we have arranged a book signing for a number of our speakers so you can buy a book and get it signed by the author.  Other books and videos on wrecks, diving and treasure may also be for sale.
